Very Clean 3 bedroom 2 bath 1800 square feet guest suite (walk out / daylight basement) with ground level private entrance from the back yard that faces the mountain (1/2 of a mile away from the Homestead and Zermmatt Resorts). Off street parking for 2-3 vehicles. 5 min drive away from downtime Midway. 10 min. to downtown Heber City. 15-20 min away from Park City, Deer Valley, and Canyons Ski Resorts. 25 min to Sundance Ski resort. 45-50 min to SLC airport.
The space
—We are excited to have you stay in our entire lower level of our home located on a beautiful 2/3 acre lot in a quiet neighborhood near the Homestead and Zermatt Resorts. You can see views of Midway and 1/2 of the Heber Valley from a 2 minute walk up the street.
—The private entry guest suite is located by walking around the backside of the house (down 14 cement steps).
—The master bedroom has a king size bed, large closet, gas fireplace, and a nice attached bathroom with 2 sinks, shower, and a jetted tub.
—The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed.
—The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds + toys, video games, and a porta crib.
—The kitched area includes 6 barstools + a large round table with seating for 8 more people + 1 high-chair. The kitchen also includes a mini fridge, dishwasher, counter top convection oven/air fryer, microwave, 3 plate electric burners, coffee machine, and other basic kitchen essentials.
—The utility room next to the kitchen includes another small refrigerator (larger than a mini), washer, dryer, vacuum, iron, and ironing board.
—4 Large TVs (in each bedroom and the Living Area).
—Free Wi-Fi.
—Clean and comfortable bedding, extra towels, luggage racks, and other basic toiletries.
—Park 2-3 cars (off street).
—Outside covered patio with Gas BBQ.
—Large back yard with beautiful scenary.
—We have also included an extensive guide to most of the local restaurants, golf courses, fishing and hiking trails, Razor/ATV/bicycle rentals, movie theatres, and many other points of interest and fun things to do here in our summer and winter wonderland.

Summary: We had an amazing week staying at Steve and Jolene’s, they are great hosts who went above and beyond with their hospitality. Check-in was easy and when we arrived there was even a welcome basket and the house had all essential necessities such as bathroom products, towels, and paper products. If there was ever any issue or question they were always there. The suite had plenty of space for my family and had a beautiful backyard where my kids had a great time playing outside in the snow with the sliders provided by Steve and Jolene. The suite is conveniently located near all activities we had planned for our trip. Cannot emphasize enough how much I recommend this property. Thank you again Steve and Jolene we had a memorable trip.

Summary: We were in love with how beautifully decorated this place was. The views from the backyard were also beautiful. The bedrooms were nice and spacious with tv in every room. The property managers responded immediately and were very pleasant to work with. The only recommendation we have is to have a full length mirror somewhere in the house. We were a group of 7 women and we had to take turns sharing the bathroom mirrors when getting ready 😅. We each give this place a 10/10 and would definitely stay here again!

Summary: This property was very clean. They had snacks, coffee, and basic items for comfort. It was very comfortable with throws for the kids to wrap in and relax. The only suggestion I have is that it is a kitchenette not a full kitchen. Luckily, I prepared a few things to eat so all we had to do was heat up, If I had to cook, it would not have worked. Cute place to stay and relax, it was a perfect location for a day in Park City and then a day at Sundance.
